0xKeep ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website interface (the "Interface") to interact with the 0xKeep Protocol on the Base blockchain.

By using the Interface, you acknowledge that you are interacting with a decentralized public blockchain and that transaction data is inherently public.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

WE DO NOT COLLECT:

  • Your name, address, or phone number.
  • Your email address (unless you reach out to us for support).
  • Your Private Keys or Seed Phrases. (We never have access to your funds).

3. Information We Collect Automatically

When you access the Interface, certain information is automatically collected by our infrastructure providers (Vercel, RPC Nodes):

  • Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Device Information: Device type, screen resolution, and language settings.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, and click data.

4. Blockchain Data

When you connect your wallet and transact with the 0xKeep Protocol:

  • Your Public Wallet Address and Transaction History become part of the public Base blockchain ledger.
  • This data is immutable (cannot be changed or deleted) and is accessible to anyone in the world via block explorers (e.g., BaseScan).
  • We do not control this data and cannot edit or delete it from the blockchain.

5. Third-Party Services

The Interface relies on third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:

  • InfrastructureVercel (Hosting & Analytics), Base (RPC Nodes).
  • Wallet ConnectivityRainbowKit, Wagmi, WalletConnect.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. We use Local Storage on your device to store user preferences (such as "Dark Mode" settings or dismissing a popup). This data stays on your device.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect personal identification data, we generally cannot identify you to fulfill specific data requests (like "Delete my data"). However, if you have contacted us via email, you may request the deletion of that correspondence.

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Interface constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
