Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 2026

1. Data Minimization

0xKeep is designed to collect as little data as possible. We do not have a backend database for user profiles. We do not require you to create an account with an email address or password. We do not track your IP address on our interface.

2. Public Blockchain Data

Please be aware that your interactions with the 0xKeep smart contracts are recorded on public blockchains (Base, Arbitrum, Optimism).

PUBLICLY VISIBLE DATA:

  • Your wallet address.
  • Transaction timestamps and history.
  • Token addresses and amounts locked.
  • Interaction with the 0xKeep contracts.

This data is immutable and public. 0xKeep cannot delete or obscure data that has been written to the blockchain.

3. Local Storage

To improve your experience, we may store certain data locally on your device using your browser's "Local Storage." This includes:

  • Custom labels you assign to locks (e.g., "Team Vesting").
  • Your UI preferences.

This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

While 0xKeep itself does not collect personal data, the infrastructure required to access the blockchain relies on third-party services which may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • RPC Providers: Nodes that broadcast your transactions (e.g., Alchemy, Infura, or public nodes).
  • Wallet Providers: The software you use to sign transactions (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow).
  • Hosting: Our frontend is hosted on Vercel.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not collect email addresses, we cannot notify you directly of changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Protocol implies acceptance of any changes.
