# 0xKeep

> Immutable, non-custodial smart contract for locking ERC-20 tokens (including Uniswap v2 and Aerodrome classic LP tokens) and running linear token vesting with an optional cliff. Live on Base, Arbitrum and Optimism. No owner, no admin keys, no pause, no proxy. Not audited by a third party.

Key facts:

- Scope: ERC-20 tokens only. Does NOT lock NFT liquidity positions (Uniswap v3/v4, Clanker-style positions). Rebasing tokens are not supported.
- Fees are set once at deployment and can never change. Base: 0 ETH (free). Arbitrum and Optimism: 0.03 ETH per lock, 0.02 ETH per vesting. Flat fee, no percentage of tokens taken.
- Contracts (same V12 source everywhere, verified on Sourcify):

- Audit status: internal review found no critical/high/medium/low issues; 91 automated tests are public in the contract repository. This is not an independent third-party audit.
- Lock IDs look like 0xK-BL-0: prefix 0xK, chain letter (B Base, A Arbitrum, O Optimism), type letter (L lock, V vesting), then the on-chain index.
